Far Cry 4 Take up arms on your own or with a friend in two player co-op in an unpredictable and transformed world. So, it's really weird, but I got it to work. The only way I could though, was by adding it to Steam, BUT, and this important, after you apply the win11 fix, add it (you can try to run it FROM steam right now, it's going to crash) exit steam, and then run the game again. (of course making sure before anything you apply the fix, and run as admin and I disabled full screen optimizations also). It was the only way I could get past the crashing. I ran a couple of benchmarks to get it set for game play and tried again to load it from Steam, because there is no controller support so far (I have a GameSir Nova Lite 2, or Nova 2 Lite, whatever it is, I digress)
Either way, the game will not load from Steam, but I had to add it as a non Steam game before it would ever get past the crashing. I'm trying to dig in to it more and see what else I come up with, but if anyone else tries, please confirm my experience with yours or not. Thanks all and good luck to those trying still.
