Para el que tenga problemas encontrando el archivo .INI para cambiar el lenguaje a español, no se encuentra en la carpeta de descarga del juego, sino en Documentos/ Rockstar Games/ L.A. Noire bajo el nombre de "Settings". Espero que les sirva la data.
