for those who still cant open it, edit the "run me" file and select save as by clicking file in the top menu and change the encoding to ANSI

Hello guys
I just wanted to share a quick fix in case your game isn’t opening. Make sure you download the file “Win 11 Fix” and extract it into the game’s folder. After that, the game should run normally — it worked for me!
Also, if the game is in Japanese, you can easily change the language in the settings to your preferred one.
